Hiya!
After hours of wondering what the heck I do wrong, using the -fs parameter to set output file size, I find out that it's real use is to just "chop" a present encoding process at given file size. What I was after wasn't that, but the 2-pass-VBR-calculation option that the most common of VfW codecs comes with. I just thought that maybe the ffmpeg CLI encoder had it too. Will I have to let go on this hope?
