How do i force DVD Flick to expand the encoded video into full 4.3 G.B DVD?

	On the project settings/video/target bitrate, it should normally be "auto fit" 
 
 Of course, your project may still not fill the DVD if the running time is below 65 - 70 minutes.
 The bitrate can only be raised so much and still be within the DVD spec.

	Yes, AVStoDVD. 
 
 I very much prefer it to DVDFlick. Use a two pass encode with HC for best accuracy in fitting your video into a 4.3gb DVD-5 target.
