Mpeg2 video and srt subtitles were multiplexed by DVD Flick, but as a result the subtitles are gradually out of synchro. Subtitles were checked by Subtitleworkshop, the timing is okay there.
PC has Windows 7 Ultimate. I've tried to run both programs also in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode.
What have gone wrong?

Are you doing any pal to ntsc(source video 25fps to 23.97fps) or ntsc to pal(soruce 23.97fps to 25fps) conversion in dvd flick?
Or try avstodvd(also free) or convertxtodvd. -
No. Mpeg2 is originally PAL and the stream is 25 fps and copied as such, not reencoded.
-
If the mpeg2 is dvd compliant you can also try author it with gui for dvd author or muxman and see if it's sync.

No better result with other tools as well. The movie is about 1 h 45 min long, the subtitles are about 7 s ahead on 1,5 min and about 50 s late on 1 h 40 min.
I've checked the synchro also with Subviewer, everything is correct. -
Not really, but my guess is that it isn't a DVD Flick problem, but something you did (or didn't do) using SubtitleWorkshop.
If you name the SRT and first VOB the same (Movie.srt and Movie.vob) and play them together, they're not in synch, are they? If not, it means they never were synched properly. -
Well, there can be two cuts of this movie. So the result can be naturally like this, even when I would match first and last subtitle, there will be out of synchro effect in between.
But... when looking the movie from DVD the first subtitle should appear on 0:1:50, but again, based on what Subtitle Edit shows, it should appear on 0:1:45, and was set like this, thus the wrong result. Looks like the running time is displayed incorrectly there. The same with Subtitleworkshop. MPEG2 file was a result of conversion from DVD with VOB2MPG. -
It looks to me like you're only confirming what I guessed earlier - that the subs became out of synch as a result of something you did or didn't do using SubtitleWorkshop, and that it has nothing to do with DVD Flick. I don't use SubtitleWorkshop, so I can't help with that. My next suggestion is to use a different subtitling program.
