m2ts joining issues

I'm trying to join the m2ts streams of Lord of the Rings, extended cuts which are 2-disc movies.

The best solution so far is using tsMuxeR, eac3to and a script generator. That solution, I found here but isn't perfect...

The DTS-Master gets converted to Dolby. To be sure, I've tried tsMuxeR and TSSplitter to join the files but the audio is out of sync after the merge point.

Is there anything new on this?

The video and audio are of slightly different lengths, that's all.

Use Clown_BD to extract main movie from each disc. First tick the checkbox for removing the last second from the movie. The option is there for that very situation.

Then join the m2ts files with tsMuxer and output to BD. From there you can remux to MKV or whatever if you like.

If you need the chapter timings for inputting in tsMuxer, I can post them again. This subject has come up before, not surprisingly.

It felt like something simple. It's amazing how much more extensive the other solution was... Heh.

Anyway, the "Click that box," solution worked much better.

Here are the corrected chapter timings. Just select custom chapters in tsMuxer (under Blu-Ray tab), clear the pane, and copy/paste.
