    Hi! I want to export my video from Premiere CS4. This is my first HD video and I do not know what to select for a compression setting and settings in general. I want the video to remain HD and then have it be a .mov. Ultimately it will be also put onto a DVD. I am not a newbie to video but I am more self-taught so sometimes am missing certain bits of vital info.

    The video is at 1920 x 1080 (1:0), but I notice that my titles are at 1440 x 1080 (1:3333).
