I have got a problem with Panasonic MPEG1 encoder 2.30 standalone ver. during AVI (DivX)conversion. A bitrate was set 1536kbps and therefore VBV buffer size had been fixed to a small value of 40kB. After encoding about 100 MB of output file the program stops with an error message:"Video data rate or VBV buffer size is too low". I can not increase the bitrate upto 1858 kbps or highier to allow the software 100kB VBV (Auto or manual) setting because the movie will not fit into 2 CD-R.
Is there any patch or workaround to avoid this problem?
