  1. ok , need help from one of you wonderful people please . just ripped one of my films off dvd onto my hard drive. the picture looks prefect on the computer but once i put it back onto disc as a dvd the picture has now gone black and white when i play it on my home system. the system isn't ntsc nor is the film, and also i haven't changed the regions.
    if there's anyone out there who can help i would be most grateful as i'm starting to end up with a hell of alot of coasters.

    system is

    athlon xp1900 running windows xp pro
    512mb ddr ram
    pioneer ao3 dvd writer
    seagate 80gb hard drive

  2. Black and White picture, hmm...
    The only time I get a back and white picture from my dvd player is when I'm using the S-Video input on my tv and it gets loose. Make sure everything is hooked up correctly. Hope this helps.
