    Hello,
I have previously installed Catalyst 10.4 drivers (WinXP 32-bit) for a hd750 usb capture device. Just recently got an hd600 usb, and after connecting it I can't find out how to make it find use Catalyst 10.4 drivers.
I direct the installation path to the location of Catalyst install, and the greyed out box becomes "selectable" when I find the XP folder. But when I ask the installation dialogue to continue, it gives me the "windows could not install device because correct driver could not be found" dialogue.
Is there some difference between the versions of Catalyst 10.4 that should be used for hd750 vs. hd600 cards?
    What am I doing wrong?

Easiest thing to do is go the the Ati site and download the current driver.

According to this page, the 750 series is not supported by the driver that the 600 uses.

Thank you for responding! I actually did download that, but since it is named "Catalyst 10.4" which I already used to install the hd750, I thought I shouldn't have to install again, I should just be able to use pre-existing driver. It may simply be as you suggest, 750 and 600 need different drivers.

thank you! downloading. I assume I should be able to just install the driver and not the software (since I'll be using virtual dub)? Would you happen to know if the 10.4 Catalyst driver for the 600 actually has any improvements over the orig cd (and if it also allows me to skip the software)?
Either way, thanks LS for hosting the original cd

I think the TV Wonder 600 USB and the TV Wonder 750 USB each have their own distinct device drivers, although some of the same codecs may be included in the download packages for both.

No, I do not know whether the actual device drivers have changed from those on the original CD, or if it is just the AVIVO codecs that are different.

[Edit] One more thing, Catalyst Media Center will definitely not be included in the driver download. The only way to install that is to use the installation CD.
