    Is there any free ones out to edit PDF? I don't have or really want to spend money on Adobe pro..

    Edit existing pdf's or create pdf's from scratch?

    Either way you can use openoffice. Openoffice can save any document to a pdf file. Also you can edit existing pdf files with openoffice by using the plugin Sun PDF Import Extension
