    I have software to get me from nearly anything to *pdf. Great.

    But how do I go from *.pdf to *.jpeg?

    Well a quick and dirty way would be to do a alt-prnt scrn and copy and paste to a paint program. Though that will be limited to only whats on the screen and probably lower quality than an "official" converter program.
