Dvd with looping chapters...

Hi, i need to author a dvd with roughly 20 looping chapters.

E.g. When disc inserted, goes to menu, then i press 15, chapter 15 plays and loops continuously until either i press another chapter or the menu button.


It is intended for ease of use as to remove the need for staff to have to invoke the "chapter loop" function each day.


Is this possible? Which authoring software can do it?

Most premium DVD authoring programs can do this. The feature is usually called "actions" or "logical actions".

Best to download the manual for the program you are considering to make sure it offers the option to replay the chapter.

You can use any authoring software you like and then edit resulting DVD in DVDRemake or PGCEdit. For each chapter supposed to loop, you simply add a cell command (Link Program # - for restarting chapter) to the last cell used in that chapter.
