Is there a video player(for flv, avi, wmv etc. like MPC) that will allow me to set a start and end point and have the section play in a continual loop?

I always needed that option, I hope that kind of video player exists....

How is it possible that you didn't understand the question so precisely put, never mind the title...

Hmm... Your original question was, and I quote:

Lordsmurf, one of our veteran, respected members suggested a (shock! stun! disbelief!) video player that he thought might have this feature. Yet you respond like a complete ass. Nice way to start off here as a new member. And by the way, you misspelled your name. It's "Moron" not "Koron".

    I wasn't wrong.

If you want "specific" clips, edit it out to a new video that plays what you want.
    Players are not editors.

I do not know of a program to do what you want.
You could create an AviSynth script and open it with MPC.

    Similar to this.

    AVISource("myvideo.avi")
    # Loops frame 100 to 110 of the current clip 10,000 times
    Loop(10000,100,110)
