    Hi
    Wen i try to convert to standard DVD video sound and picture using TMGEnc 4.0 Xpress i do not get any sound. Is this because in source avi. it has ac3 format.?

    Try install ac3 filter.

    Or use another dvd converter that can just copy the ac3 audio(it is dvd compliant) like avstodvd.

    What is quality of encoder? Comparable to the DVD authoring software? I have not heard of avstodvd.
