Hi, everyone
I'm using the latest version of TMPGEnc Xpress (4.7.6.403).
I got an error of "Not enough memory (0X8007000E) error code" when I tried to encode 10 different video clips into separate video clips in the batch tool.
I noticed that most of the time, the error happened during when the tool was encoding the 6th clip or 7th clip in the batch.
FYI, my computer configuration is as follow:
1) Processor : Intel Q9400@ 2.66Hz
2) Motherboard: Asus P5B Deluxe
3) Memory: 4G RAM
4) Display Card: GeForce 9400 GT
5) OS: WINXP SP3
I have tried it on another computer which has a totally new Intel i7, Gigabyte GA-X58-UD3R, Corsair 3GB RAM and 500G WD harddisk.
The problem still remain.
I have also emailed the support of the software. Their supporting official has replied me with some solutions.
But, none of them works for me.
Now, I'm still waiting for their reply.
Do anyone of you have a resolution for this and would like to share with me?
TQ.
