I encoded an .avi (23.976 fps, progressive) with Tmpgenc to .mpeg as (23.976 fps, progressive)
And converted my .wav to .ac3 using EncWAVtoAC3 but when I muxed using Tmpgenc and play they are out of sync.
I dont understand why it happened if I didnt change the fps on the video?

Is their a way to avoid this when encoding?
Or if this happens can I use some program to adjust to sync issue thanks

I would try an all -in-one solution like avstodvd. If also out of sync then it might be the source that may cause sync problems.

    Thanks Baldrick
But I just notice that when I demux the audio with virtualdubmod it loses more than 2 seconds in time.
What i would like to know is if theirs any program that add some time to the audio file? To fix the sync issue thanks
