You shouldn't have to do much of anything with ffdshow just for RipBot use.

But there are some help files here: http://www.ffdshow.info/ Click on 'Support' just under the ffdshow logo.

Thanks redwudz , but your links do not much helped me !!(( There is NO connection with my problem
I repeat : After installing new version of Ripbot this one requires to reinstall ffdshow and haali . I've installed Haali without problems ,and start with instaling ffdshow...everything's OK up to the end when ffdshow ask me to make 4 kind of settings regarding audio , video , and other two...that implies a lot of checkings , a lot of options to be selected , a.s.o.(
If I check all 4 options ,other windows appear with lots of options and I don't know what should I select..

Here is my problem : what kind of options should I select ???
because if I do not select nothing , the soft do not install(
    Thanks for kindness !!

    here is :

You don't need to configure anything. FFDshow already comes with sensible default confgurations set.

You only need to do something if an apllication has a special requirement.

Does Ripbot require anything special to be set? If it does, post a link to the info.
