I bought a ATI TV Wonder 650 Dual card.

The HW is very good but de SFW is horrible.

I switch for KMP. In Capture mode, my choice is FFDSHOW encoder. Try MPEG2 in 9800 bitrate.

The captured video quality is poor, but the problem is settings.

How to setting the FFDSHOW MPEG2 ENCODER for optimal quality encoder??
