Quality of Vegas Pro when putting audio with video??

Will there be a noticeable difference in quality when you go to render vegas pro and put the audio with the video? There is that option to render the audio separately or together. How much better would the one be than the other? Thanks.

It should be the same assuming you used the same export settings, project setttings, etc...

If you use the same settings in each instance, there will be no difference.

I usually render video and audio separately when I am going to author the results as a DVD, otherwise I usually output a single file
