I uninstalled, reinstalled, registered, and made sure I had the most up to date .NET installed. The "load" image pops up for about 45 secs when I try to start SVCD2DVD but then the load image goes away and then nothing. No error msg. I'm running XP SP3. Thanks for any suggestions!

I believe (though everyone else in the forum will correct me if I'm wrong) that SVCD2DVD currently requires version 2.x of the .NET framework. Versions of the .NET framework (1.0, 1.1, 2, 3/3.5) are independent and not backward-compatible, so if a program requires .NET 1.1, you'll have to have .NET 1.1 installed - just having .NET 3.5 installed won't work.
If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
