    I would like to encode VC-1 to Mpeg2 (recently I use to encode H.264 to Mpeg2 with Elecard converter Pro) But I cannot put the VC-1 file so does anyone can share me some software.. ??

    I guess elecard supports avisynth scripts so you can try install avisynth, make .avs text file with just
    Code:
    directshowsource("c:\folder\video.vc1")
    and then open the avs in elecard. You must also be able to play the vc-1 in windows media player.

    HCEnc can encode VC-1 and H.264 to MPEG-2 via Avisynth as Baldrick suggests. I've done both so I know it's possible.
