Is anyone capturing and then editing on final cut pro on a mac?
I would like to capture video with this device (hooked up to a PC), and then edit video on a Mac with Final Cut Pro. Is that possible with out converting the original capture file or will i have to convert it to another format first before transferring to a Mac.
thank you

You can download some short sample Hauppauge HD PVR transport streams files from:

One further problem you may run into: some software may appear to work properly with short samples but with longer samples the audio and video get out of sync.

Be sure to try some of the new videos with AC3 DD 5.1 audio. New drivers were release a few weeks ago that added AC3, earlier drivers only gave AAC 2.0.
