Virtual Dub Mod Saving Problem

OK i have been using VD mod for some years but never had this problem I am saving mkv with ogg audio and xvid video but the other day when i try to save the box comes up where i enter the name and hit save nothing happens the regular box does not come up telling me its encoding it tried with diff files avi that work fine with virtual dub and still nothing can anyone help me

When saving, check option Don't run this job now; and add it job control so I can run in batch mode...

its fixed i had that checked in the first place is why it was doing the save dialog like usual as long as ive been usin this i still do some n00b shit like that but thnx for the help
