    Hello, I have recorded a bunch of video with my dvd camcorder. and when I insert the dvd-r into the computer, all that shows up is a .cdu file. wHY can't I find my dvd file, I want to convert my dvds but I can't find the files. Can SOMEONE HELP ME!.

    You have to finalise the disc in the camera before you bring it to the PC

    If the disc isn't finalised then often it is unreadable by anything but the camera (or same model camera) that recorded it. Same goes for DVD recorders.

    If you have finalised it then you can try use isobuster or copy the dvd from another computer or dvd drive.
