I have no idea why it would or wouldn't work, that's why I'm asking. Maybe someone with dvddecrypter and Win XP Pro x64 could tell me...

    Particularly those w/ external drives...

    Thanks!

    Did you try it?
If you install it, and it doesn't work, it's not like the computer will bite you or explode!

Believing yourself to be secure only takes one cracker to dispel your belief.

    Sorry, I guess I should've mentioned that I don't have it (XP x64).

I'm trying to figure out if moving to a 64-bit OS would work out for me.

So anyone that's tried it (dvddecrypter + external drives), I'd appreciate any advice.

    Thanks again.

  7. Yes. 64bit runs the same way as 32 bit, if a program can run 64bit the info is added and OS runs it as 64bit. The problem that you think of is hardware that needs 64bit drivers and may not be available for some hardware.

    Hi,
I just installed DvdDecrypter on a new machine with Vista 64.
It works fine but every time I exit the program, the following message appears 8 times before the program closes, which is quite annoying.

I un-installed and re-installed it but with the same result.
I did not change any of the options.
Any idea what could cause that behaviour and if there is a remedy?
