    Hi,
    i am using K-Lite Codec Pack, and i have weird problem with subtitles.

    http://a.imageshack.us/img833/4387/fffffuuuuuuu.png - it's a fullscreen and, subtitles are bigger and not normal XD

    http://a.imageshack.us/img830/3131/nicek.png - it's window playing, subtitles are normal.

    Yesterday, i had windows XP sp3 and i didn't have this problem.

    Have you tried configure the subtitle decoder settings? It's probably vsfilter, when you play the video click on the green arrow in the taskbar notification area.

    I can't see DirectVobSub "green arrow" only Haali media splitter. In config of DirectVobSub i have "Always load" and in MPC is added as external filter and prefer.



    Problem Solved. I installed CCCP and everything is great.
