My AverMedia PCI 300 capture card and UltraTV software worked fine for years until I installed a Veo web cam. Now UltraTV crashes on startup. It will not uninstall, and it will not reinstall until it is satisfied that every trace of the old installation is gone. Does anyone have a manual way to remove UltraTV? I uninstalled the web cam, but the damage had already been done. Now it's far too late to try system restore. Do I need to sift through the entire registry looking for "ultratv", "avermedia" and "veo"? The installer could also be recognizing some obscure dll files in the Windows directory. Yeah, I also tried a utility that removed the entry from the add/remove programs list, but the installer disk still thinks the program needs to be uninstalled. Yiiiii!!!!

Thanks for the tip. I tried the uninstaller. It's is a beautiful piece of software, but it could not find UltraTV on my system. In a few days I'm going to swap out the capture card, and put this one away until I have a fresh system to drop it into.
