never heard of the mobo but it got great reviews from the people that own it so i would say go for it. good prices.
i usually like to stick to name brands on computer stuff. i would get a good quality PSU a good one with stable 12v and enough amps on the 12rail will cost you about 100 maybe less, i have seen them for a little over 50 but im not sure of the qualiy. ive had a few crap PSUs that were cheep go and its not real easy to tell that your PS is acting up till its goes, strange things will happen when starting to fail. and when it does go if you dont know what to look for its hard to know that its bad.
tiger has some good deal on them too though -
check newegg.com .cheaper + they offer free shipping on many items.
this is a better deal/quality IMO

Be aware that you're buying a Dual Core Pentium, which is NOT the same thing as a Core 2 Duo. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing, but core 2 duos are much faster than the dual core pentiums in most benchmarks.

I'm with MJA. His recommended mobo/cpu may be bit more expensive, but an Athalon64 X2 4000+ will blow away that pent D performance-wise (less heat too), and asus mobos among the best, especially for that price.
Edit: Newegg is also top rate, I've gotten several major components from them with no problems.Usually long gone and forgotten
