    So I want to back up a movie of mine which is roughly 6 gigs, i heard dvd rb is good so i ripped my movie in dvdfab but now i have a iso. How do I get dvd video files out of it so I can load it in dvd rb??

    Can I rip as dvd video files instead of iso (if so with what)?? i am trying to shrink my now iso in dvd rb and rebuild it but i need it to be dvd video files

    DVDFab (at least Platinum version) has output as DVD folder option. You can also unpack folders from ISO with e.g. WinRAR trial.

    Mount the ISO with Daemon Tools, and voila! It will look just like a physical DVD in a DVD reader to the computer and applications.
