i have captured a few videos in mpeg 1 22mbps and created a VCD using Nero burning at 8-24x. I notice during playback that sometimes the audio/video skips. no problem playing back on my pc.

what can i do to fix this problem? slow the burn speed? very frustrating!

what brands of media are highly recommended for VCD?
