    How can I play a file with the extension "b.c" I been seeing alot of videos with that extension and I can't play it.

    Never seen a video with this extension.

    Try opening it with g-spot to see what it actually is.

    Where did it come from ?

    Are you sure that's not a .bc file extension? That would be a partially downloaded Bittorrent, Bitcomet file. You may be able to play it with VLC as it can play partial files of that type. But only if enough of the file is there.

    EDIT: .bc! may be a more correct form of the extension.
