    can i burn a video by using nero and add subtitle to that video simultaneously? if no, suggest one that can do. if probably freeware

    I'm assuming you mean to create a DVD with subtitles? Subtitles are added during 'authoring', when the DVD format is created. See 'WHAT IS' DVD to the upper left on this page for the DVD format and specifications. I don't know if Nero can do that, maybe NeroVision, but if you have a DVD compliant MPEG-2 file, you can use a freeware authoring program like GUI for dvdauthor and it can handle most subtitles.

    EDIT: Or if you are asking about AVIs and subs, just put them in the same folder and burn it as a data disc. Nero or ImgBurn can do that.
