Burn IDX Subtitle ONLY to CD With AVI

Hi I've been looking at instructions and threads on how to burn a CD with subtitles, and most assume you have not only an IDX file, but also a .SUB file. I don't have a .SUB file, but what I have is an IDX file.

What I'd like to do is burn the AVI to CD with the subtitles. What's the quickest way of doing this?

The sub contains the actual subtitles....how big is your idx file?

The idx file is 20 KB for a 714 MB image

You have to find or create new subs for you video.
