i have spiderman season 1-5 and its .avi. can i burn each season on dvd?

eacho season has about 13 eppisodes and i really ow it to my friend to them on a couple dvd's for him. i have no idea how to convert from avi to a burnable version and then put multiple eppisodes on a single dvd disk. so i would greatly appriciate anyone who can help me resolve this issue. (these spiderman eppisodes where not obtained illegaly my friend sent them to me <very long process>)

If they are divx then just get a player that plays divx....That would be the best way. If not look Under the Guides Section to the Left..Alot of guides for AVI to DVD.....

EDIT: What format are you trying to convert to? A DVD that will play on most set top players?

A freeware solution is to use FAVC. And if you want to put 13 eps per DVD use VCD resolution in HCenc options. Use imgburn to burn to dvd.
