PocketDivxEncoder0.3.96 will convert WMV to DIVX

It doesent support WMV files, but if you rename your WMV file to AVI then it will import and
convert it to divx !! tried a dozen clips works perfect and extremely little loss of quality.

two important things though, this was test on Version 0.3.96 earlier versions gave funny results.

second, choose the VGA(E800) profile as this auto detects the original files resolution( if the
original files resolution is greater the 640x480 then you will need to choose another profile...experiment

From what I remember PocketDivxEncoder uses mencoder for encoding which would mean yes it supports wmv, also means that it doesn't convert anything to DivX since mencoder doesn't support it; only libavcodec MPEG-4 and Xvid.
