    I've created some VCD 2.0 movies and they have pixelated blocks in them. They are most apparent durning action scenes (around moving objects) and with dark/black colors.

    How do I fix this?

    I'm using VCDEasy and burn at 8x speed using 24x speed fujifilm media.

    Does this happen on your MPGs before you burn them. Possibly. This is not necessarily a problem with burning or media, but encoding.
