  2. I assume you mean that you want to create a SVCD w/ 2 audio tracks (as most DVDs have more than 2 audio tracks). I don't know what programs/software you normally use so I'm going to assume TMPGenc et.al.

    1) Rip DVD to HD
    2) Use DVD2AVI to generate D2V file, and wav file for each track that you want (you'll have to extract each audio track seperately)
    3) Use TMPGenc or tooLame to encode each wav -> MP2 (or MPA) file. I recommend using tooLame.
    4) Use TMPGenc to encode D2V to M2V (ie. video only)
    5) Run bbMPEG encode, and mux m2v (video) + audio1.mp2 + audio2.mp2 -> mpg
    6) Burn as normal

    To switch audio tracks on your hit the audio button on your remote. DVD2SVCD allows you to select multiple audio tracks.

    Remember that the 2nd audio track is taking up bitrate too. Go to the 'Tools' section to the left, and run the vcdhelp.com bitrate calculator in advance mode and work out the bitrates you want. I would encode both audio tracks to 128.
