I have an HP Express card Digital/Analog tv tuner which is able to accept composite input.
I found out i can use Media Player Classic to display my PS2 on my laptop monitor with no noticeable lag. However, even though MPC says it can record, it doesn't seem to work properly. When I say record, i seem to lose the ability to preview, which makes it impossible to record gameplay.
My question is....
anyone know of a good (preferably free) program which can be used to record footage taken from a composite input from my video card, with little or no lag? I need to use this for recording gameplay, so zero lag would be ideal.
Also i've noticed MPC gets the best performance when i set it to use overlay for video rendering, even though that disables my Aero effect.
