  1. I have a HD video file I downloaded from a stock video place. I want to include it in an online video I am editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. Problem is, I am using all standard definition video files. The HD file is a MOV file, 1440x1080. My movie is 720x480. WHen I Import the file into premiere it lists the FPS as 3.00. How can I convert this file so it plays in my movie seemlessly at the same rate and similar dimensions?

"Super" should be able to import the HD Quicktime file and than transcode it to a usable file for you.
