I have a HD video file I downloaded from a stock video place. I want to include it in an online video I am editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. Problem is, I am using all standard definition video files. The HD file is a MOV file, 1440x1080. My movie is 720x480. WHen I Import the file into premiere it lists the FPS as 3.00. How can I convert this file so it plays in my movie seemlessly at the same rate and similar dimensions?
