Convert Coreldraw file format(cpt) to some other format like tiff

I have accumulated quite a few Coreldraw files and would like to covert them to some other format so that I can use them in Photoshop. I can convert them one at a time but that way is extremely slow. Is there some other way to convert these Coreldraw files? thanks
