  1. I've just uninstalled and reinstalled .net framework 1.1 and service pack 1 for .net framework 1.1, then reinstalled both, and have tried to install SVCD2DVD V2.1 several times and get the same error messages during install:

Module C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Code-Lock.ocx failed to register HRESULT –2147023739 Contact your support personnel

This is a new windows 98 second edition PC. Please help.

Can you search your PC for a file called: MSVBVM60.DLL

If you don't have it then you are missing the visual basic runtime… you can get it from here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=7B9BA261-7A9C-43E7-9117-F6730...displaylang=en

    install that then reinstall S2D.

  3. Thank you ever so much! It installed perfectly after downloading the VB runtime.

Unfortunately, I am unable to add assetts to the project window. I've been using SVCD2DVD for a very long time on my XP box with no problems. The assetts I'm trying to add are fully DVD compliant MPEG-2 created using winDVR 3.0 and edited with Womble mpeg-vcr. These identical files work perfectly on my XP box. When I attempt to add the assetts, I do see a very brief window opening, but then it dissappears.

    Please help.

  4. A little more additional information:

I was able to get a screen capture. FFMpeg is opening with an empty screen momentarily. There are no error messages. I've installed .net framework 2.0 as well as .net framework 1.1 plus sp1. The files are all on my C drive, same as the program files. This is an EIDE drive. I can't add any assetts at all.

    Have tried:
    DVD compliant mpeg-2
    SVCD
    VCD

All captures from my TV card.

Thanks again for all the help!
