Install Problem with SVCD2DVD 2.5.3500

I am a registered user of this program!

I get this error when installing: Module C:\Program Files\BadgerIT\SVCD2DVD v 2.5\code lock.ocx failed to register. HRESULT-2147024770. Contact your support personnel.

If I try and finish the installation and try to run the program, this is what I get:
