Windvd 8 - Audio/Video Center options disabled

Hello there ,my 1st post here.

Well i downloaded the Windvd 8 Platinum trial to evaluate the software, the problem is all the options in the audio/video center are disabled hence i cannot change anything in it ,tried reinstalling it for over 3 but no go the options remain disabled.

One thing i noticed is in the setup>>>information tab the audio and video devices are shown as unknown ,are these setting disabled because of this?

Intel E6300,1024mb ram, Video - Intel onboard GMA 950, Audio - Realtek ALC 882, 8-ch High-Definition (asus 945G Mobo), Samsung 940BW 19" WS LCD Screen.

Please do help me out.
