    Hi all. i got 9 mpeg2 captured files and the total size is one geg. I want to make a dvd out of. Could any one tell me what is the fastest way to make simple dvd out of them. Does my mpeg2 files require conversion in process and how will be the speed of making dvd?I be happy if an expert help me here.Thanks

    You must author it, https://www.videohelp.com/author#3;6 , easiest is tmpgenc dvd author. If you want something free try guifordvdauthor.

    Thanks for u reply. I noticed that my pinnacle sudio 10 can make dvd but the problem is that it is rendering my files and it takes too long. May i know why it is rendering as the files are already in mpeg2 format? I was expecting that no rendering is involved since the files are in mpeg2 format already!! I be happy if put some light on this issue and let me know if there is any faster way to burn it to dvd.Thanks

    mpeg2 isn't the only requirement to qualify as DVD Video source material. Take a look under WHAT IS DVD top left for the specifications.
    OTOH, I wouldn't trust an application that can reencode to author - many of this breed seems to blindly reencode by default, necessary or not. Try TDA or other dedicated authoring app previously suggested.
