TV screen problem

I had a cyberhome CH 300 progressive dvd player and I tried to change the region code to PAL instead of NTSC and then my TV screen went flickering nonstop and then I tried to change it back to NTSC and suddenly my TV went blank which is a black screen. Every time I turned my DVD player on my tv screen stays black and I played a dvd and I can hear the sound but I'm unable to do anything to change back to its factory setting. Can anyone help or how do I do a factory reset on this dvd player. thanks

PAL and NTSC are not region codes, they are display formats.

You will most likely need to connect it to a TV which can display PAL so that you can make the changes.
