    Hello People!

I am new on this matter. H.264-
I have enconded this video directly from the DVD source. It weights 900MB and it is 320x240.

I wish to cut it down to 100MB and stay with the same resolution.Bitrage can be changed..i dont mind as long as it has a decent quality. I wish it to be compressed the most so it reaches 100MB,but also the best so quality is good.

The only reason why i do stress on the 100MB file is because i wish to upload it into the internet and having my collection backuped there. Most Hostings only have a fair ammount of 100MB per file upload. The resolution may be the same as the original file 320x240 now that i am thinking about it. So now we are just talking about compressing this 900MB H.264 into 100MB..i know its rough. I just mind that the final video will be the best quality as possible while resizing it and stuff.

    Thank You

    -Maria

It would be best to go directly to 100 MB from the DVD source. And Crop the black borders and resize to same aspect ratio as the source. I would use MEGUI, click on it for guides.
