    Hi Is there any hardware accelerated h.264 encoder available for windows like Elgato turbo.264 HD

  2. Firecoder, Matrox CompressHD. There are several programs that can use the graphics card's ability to encode h.264: Badaboom, MediaCoder, etc.

    I know GPU accelerated encoding and used ATI few times. But, now I am looking for a solution for my laptop which doesn't have a GPU.

  4. Ah, you need a USB solution. I don't know of any for Windows. Only video capture devices.
