I want to chance some subtitles in a dvd movie.
But when I get to the part where I use VobEdit to
split the VOBfiles into audio etc, how come all the files
    turn out like: VTS_01_0.20!

It's supposed to make different files like .mv2 so I can chance
the subtitles with my own made .SUP file!

    HELP ME!

Yes, the files are all like: Subpictures_27 etc.
How am I supposed to get my Subtitles in the movie?

  7. If you took Baldrick's suggestion and demuxed using PGCDemux, then the subtitles are in SUP format, and look something like this:

    Subpictures_20.sup

How do you get them into the movie? You use an authoring app that takes SUP format subtitles, like Rejig, IFOEdit, or Muxman. Probably others as well.

Yes I know, I used Rejig, and the guide said ( I found one on the Internet ) I have to rename the SUP file and replace the original subtitles it in the map of the original dvd. What name do I have to give MY subtitles wich will replace another original subtitle?

  9. You're not making any sense. If it says .sup in the extension, it doesn't matter what the rest of it says. Just add them in, mux, and test. If you already know the things I explained in my last post, then why are you asking such silly questions as:
And how must I know wich files are the subtitles?
How am I supposed to get my Subtitles in the movie?
If for some reason Rejig doesn't work for you, try Muxman instead. It's better anyway.

    Allright, a simple question then:

How do I replace the current subtitles for my own subtitles?

  11. Demux the source DVD using PGCDemux, remux/author, leaving out the old subs and adding in your new subs. Test.

If using Muxman/IFOEdit/Rejig to remux/author, your subs must be in SUP format. But you know that already.
