I used to premiere pro 2 months ago, It was no problem at all.
I tried to export and render 359 MB AVI file to video.( AVI ti AVI)
Original video size was 359 MB, but after rendering it is 10 GB 395 MB !!! And It took me to render about 2 hours!!! I don't know why.
ALso, Error message appeared that says " Desktop Display Mode has been reset because the Video card returned an error. Please reset the Desktop Display Mode in the playback setting dialog as this may impact your playback peformance "
ALso, I used to export many times 5 minutes a long captured video. It took me just 2 minutes, but now It takes 40 minutes !!! Please please HELP ME !!!!!! I am struggling for a long time!

Rendering to a 10gb mpeg in 2 hours is actually not too bad. You might try changing the settings to 1/2 d1, or reduce you bitrate in order to get the file size a bit smaller.
