There is a link under the music player for free file hosting at file lodge.

I don't use myspace but my guess would be you need to setup an account at file lodge. Upload the music to file lodge under their rules and then link to myspace.

right i have an account with filelodge, the thing i dont know is how do i get the music sent to the player or how do i get the player into my (myspace)

Look around for a media option. There has to be a way to link to it. It should be fairly obvious.

It looks like they are put there dynamically by MySpace. They are not in the basic source for the page.
