you see how this user has it in there music section - how could i do that??

There is a link under the music player for free file hosting at file lodge.
I don't use myspace but my guess would be you need to setup an account at file lodge. Upload the music to file lodge under their rules and then link to myspace.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
right i have an account with filelodge, the thing i dont know is how do i get the music sent to the player or how do i get the player into my (myspace)

Look around for a media option. There has to be a way to link to it. It should be fairly obvious.
