    Hello All,

When I am looking for Video Cards, I saw a lot of ATI AIW (All in Wonder) video cards which are of AGP port.

I am looking for PCI Video Card and with at least 128 MB of RAM also has AIW technology. Are there any? Please name some of them.

There are a lot in market, but I am interested in a PCI card which also has AIW technology. I don’t want to get two separate cards and install them into my PC.

I am also wondering if there are any Video Cards from NVIDIA, which has similar technology like ATI (both PCI + AIW). If so can any one name some of them.

I cannot buy AGP because, I don’t have AGP slot in my PC. My PC is 2 Yrs old DELL Dimension.

I appreciate for your kind input

    Thanks All
    Dec Baby.

I think this was the largest for the PCI interface that ATI made...

    @ ORIGINAL POSTER:

FYI please don't color your text or make larger than the standard font. Its very distracting.

PCI ATI AIW cards probably can be found on Ebay but realize they will be very old and won't work with recent drivers and applications.

I suggest you describe what you are trying to accomplish and the number of PCI slots available on your PC. Your PC probably drives the monitor from graphics chips on the mother board. Are you doing something that requires a new display card?

This may surprise you but I have an ATI Radeon 9200 SE 128 DDR V/D VO PCI card that outperforms my recent PCI-EXPRESS Nvidia N6600 Extreme with 265 mb ..... at least in running my screensaver.

I had installed the ATI 9200 PCI card in a recent build because I did not have a PCI-EXPRESS card at the time, and it worked fine with my Athlon 4400 X2 cpu and my Asus A8N-E motherboard. and I could easily run the screensaver "Flurry" in all it's glory in all configurations (which can eat a lot of cpu cycles) ... albeit not as smooth as I liked, so I ordered a Nvidia N6600 PCI-EXPRESS thinking it would iron out the kinks. Well, guess what .... the 6600 chokes on Flurry, except in the simplist mode. Go figure ... now I have to jerk out the PCI-EXPRESS and reinstall the PCI ATI card. Go figure!! So don't count out the old plain PCI graphic cards.
